At **Gills & Water**, we take immense pride in the premium engineering and sanitary quality of our health and beauty filtration products. Because our systems are designed directly for personal hygiene and skin/hair care wellness, we maintain strict safety standards.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a **30-day return policy** on all eligible items. You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements (Hygiene Standards)
To maintain sanitary health standards, water filtration systems and replacement cartridges cannot be resold once water has passed through them. Therefore, **we can only accept returns on items that are completely unused, unopened, uninstalled, and in their original, undamaged product packaging.** To complete your return, your item must arrive at our fulfillment center in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want your experience to be flawless. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@gillsandwater.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will coordinate directly with our US manufacturing partners to ship you a replacement at absolutely zero cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email our team at support@gillsandwater.com with your order number and the reason for your return. 2. If your return meets our hygiene eligibility requirements, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the exact address of our manufacturer's domestic receiving facility. 3. *Please note:* Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping postage costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse quality team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
